NCC Albania (National Competence Centre for High-Performance Computing) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Law no. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data” of the Republic of Albania and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

NCC Albania is led by AKSHI (National Agency for Information Society), within the EuroCC 3 project (EuroHPC Joint Undertaking). For any question regarding this policy or your data, contact us at: info@hpc.al.

2. What data we collect

• Contact data that you voluntarily provide through our form (your name, email address and message).
• Limited technical data from the server (e.g. IP address and browser type), collected for security and operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your requests, to provide NCC Albania services and to fulfil project obligations. Processing is carried out in accordance with Law no. 124/2024 and the GDPR, on the basis of your consent and/or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

4. Data retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and in line with the reporting requirements of the EuroCC 3 project.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. It may only be shared with project partners (AKSHI, University of Tirana) or with the EuroHPC/CASTIEL network where necessary to provide you with a service, always in accordance with this policy.

6. Cookies

This website uses only technical local storage to remember your language choice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Law no. 124/2024 and the GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise this right, write to us at info@hpc.al.
